Also Available On terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Also Available On app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

The app shows an "Also available on:" bar on your product pages with buttons that link to the same product on other marketplaces or stores. You add these links in the app dashboard. Links open in a new tab. The app does not sell products, does not take payments, does not change your products, prices or checkout, and does not connect to your accounts on any marketplace.

Your links

You choose and enter every link. You are responsible for keeping links correct and current, for having the right to sell the product where you link to, and for following the rules of each marketplace, including its rules on affiliate links, affiliate disclosures and the use of its name. When you save a link to a marketplace from the list, the app checks only that it is an https address on that marketplace's domain; it does not check what the page shows, its price or stock. When a product has links for several countries, the first country shown is suggested from the shopper's browser language; the app does not detect where the shopper is, and shoppers can choose another country. We do not promise that every theme or page layout shows the bar; check your product pages after setup.

Names and trademarks

Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, Etsy, Otto, Zalando, bol, Allegro, Kaufland, Cdiscount, Fnac and other marketplace names are trademarks of their owners. The app shows them only as text, without logos, to tell shoppers where the product is also sold. By default, buttons use colors close to each marketplace's own; if a marketplace's rules require it, choose one color for all buttons or match your site in the app dashboard. The app is independent and is not made, endorsed or supported by any of these marketplaces.

Plans and price

The app has a free plan with links for a limited number of products, shown worldwide, and a paid plan without that limit and with links by country. Plans, prices, trials, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Wix under its terms, as shown when you upgrade.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will apply going forward. The app is independent and is not made or endorsed by Wix.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales or claims arising from the links you add, from your dealings with shoppers or from your use of any marketplace. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
