Course Landing Page terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Course Landing Page app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

The app lets you build a sales page for a program in Wix Online Programs and show it on your site. The price, description and sections come from the program, and the image too unless you choose your own image or a video. Buttons take visitors to Wix to join or pay.

Payments and enrollment

The app does not take payments and does not enroll anyone. Prices, checkout, refunds and participants are handled by Wix and by you. For open paid programs, the button goes straight to the Wix payment page, using an address Wix may change; if a button stops working, tell us and use the standard program page in the meantime.

Your content

You are responsible for what you publish on your pages, including benefits, answers and deadlines, and for following the laws that apply to your promotions. Publish only real testimonials, with the permission of the person quoted, and only photos and videos you have the right to use. A video plays from YouTube or Vimeo under the terms of that service; you are responsible for mentioning this in your site's privacy policy. The app does not create or check them. Your content remains yours. You may use the app only for lawful purposes.

Enrollment deadline

The countdown changes only the page built with the app: when it ends, the buttons on that page disappear. Enrollment on the standard program page stays open until you close it in Online Programs.

Plans and payment

The app has a free plan and a paid plan. If you leave the paid plan, only your earliest page stays visible and the countdown stops showing; the other pages stay saved. Plans, prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Wix under its terms, as shown when you upgrade.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will apply going forward.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for lost sales or claims arising from the content of your pages. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
