Donation Goal terms and conditions

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Donation Goal app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

The app shows a progress bar on your site toward a fundraising goal, with the amount raised, the number of donations, the time left and a donate button. The app does not take payments: donations go through Wix Donations or the link you add.

Numbers on the bar

With a Wix Donations campaign, totals come from Wix and may take up to a minute to update. With manual entry, you are responsible for the numbers you show. We do not promise that a number is current or exact.

Your fundraising

You are responsible for your campaign, its goal and the use of the funds, and for following the laws that apply to your fundraising.

Price

The app is free. It has no paid plans.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will apply going forward. The app is independent and is not made or endorsed by Wix.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for claims arising from your fundraising or the content of your goal. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
