Fitly Size Chart terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Fitly Size Chart app ("Fitly", "the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

Fitly lets you create size charts and show them on product pages. Size suggestions are calculated only from the charts you enter and are guidance for shoppers, not a guarantee of fit. You are responsible for the accuracy of your charts.

Plans and payment

The app has a free plan and a paid plan. Plans, prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Wix under its terms, as shown when you upgrade.

Your content

Your charts remain yours. You may use the app only for lawful purposes, and only with content you have the right to use.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time by removing it from your site.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or returns, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
