Price by Size Calculator terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Price by Size Calculator app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

The app lets shoppers enter a size, length, weight or text on your product pages and adds the product to the cart at a price calculated from your rules and your product price. You are responsible for your rules, your product prices and the orders you accept. Check your settings with a test order before you start selling.

Plans and payment

The app has a free plan and a paid plan. Plans, prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Wix under its terms, as shown when you upgrade. If a paid plan ends, rules beyond the free plan limits stop applying and those products return to their normal purchase buttons.

Your content

Your rules remain yours. You may use the app only for lawful purposes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time by removing it from your site.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or pricing mistakes, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
