Price on Request terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Price on Request app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

On the products you choose, the app shows a Request a price button instead of the price and the buy buttons, collects price requests from shoppers and shows them in your dashboard. The cart and checkout do not accept those products. The app does not take payments and does not send emails to shoppers: you answer requests yourself.

Your requests and shoppers

You are responsible for answering requests, for the prices you offer and for handling shoppers' contact details under the laws that apply to you. Delete requests you no longer need in the app dashboard.

Limits

To protect your site from spam, the app limits how many requests can be sent in a short time. Product galleries keep showing prices unless you hide them in the gallery settings. We do not promise that every theme or page layout hides the price; check your product pages after setup.

Price

The app is free. It has no paid plans.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will apply going forward. The app is independent and is not made or endorsed by Wix.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales or claims arising from your dealings with shoppers. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
