Quantity Discounts terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Quantity Discounts app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

The app lets you set discounts based on the quantity a shopper buys and shows them in a table on your product pages. The discounts are created as automatic discounts of your store and are calculated by Wix. You decide which products and tiers to offer, and you are responsible for the prices your store charges.

Discounts

If a product has another automatic discount, Wix applies only the larger one, and the table does not take other discounts into account. If the app can't answer Wix, for example during an outage or after you remove it, its discounts are not applied.

Plans and payment

The app has a free plan and a paid plan. Plans, prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Wix under its terms, as shown when you upgrade.

Your content

Your data remains yours. You may use the app only for lawful purposes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms, and the date above shows the latest version.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or a sale at a lower price, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
