Subscriber Counter for YouTube terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Subscriber Counter for YouTube app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

The app shows a card on your site with a YouTube channel, its subscriber count and a link to the channel.

Numbers on the card

Data comes from YouTube and updates about once a day. YouTube rounds counts down to three significant figures. We do not promise that a number is current or exact, and YouTube may change or stop its public data at any time. If an update fails, the card shows the last data for up to 30 days, then disappears until an update succeeds.

YouTube

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Your channel

Add only a channel you are allowed to represent. Your content remains yours.

Names and logos

YouTube and its logo belong to Google. The app uses them only to identify your channel. The app is independent and is not made or endorsed by Wix or YouTube.

Plans and payment

The card is free for channels with fewer than 10,000 subscribers. Channels with 10,000 subscribers or more need the paid plan, with a 7-day free trial. You can set up the card without a plan. If your channel reaches 10,000 subscribers without a plan, or the plan ends, the card disappears from your site and your settings stay saved. Plans, prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Wix under its terms, as shown when you upgrade.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will apply going forward.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for claims arising from the content of your card. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
