Vinted Profile Badge terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Vinted Profile Badge app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

The app shows a badge on your site with your Vinted shop name, a link to your Vinted profile and a Follow on Vinted button. On the paid plan it also shows your star rating and number of reviews. The app reads only the public profile at the link you enter, about once a day. It does not log in to Vinted, does not need your Vinted password and does not change anything on Vinted.

Your profile and data from Vinted

Enter only a link to a Vinted profile that you own or are allowed to show. Vinted has no official interface for this data, so it may be late, change format or stop answering at any time. When Vinted does not answer, the badge keeps the last data it got for up to 30 days, or shows the rating and number of reviews you entered yourself. You are responsible for numbers you enter. We do not promise that the rating is always current or that the badge always shows it.

Names and trademarks

Vinted is a trademark of its owner. The name is used only to describe your profile. The app is independent and is not made, endorsed or supported by Vinted.

Plans and price

The app has a free plan with your shop name and the Follow button, and a paid plan that adds the star rating and number of reviews. Plans, prices, trials, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Wix under its terms, as shown when you upgrade.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will apply going forward. The app is independent and is not made or endorsed by Wix.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales or claims arising from the data shown on your badge or from your use of Vinted. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
