Make Offer Button terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Make Offer Button app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

The app lets shoppers offer a price on a product and lets you accept, decline or answer with another price. An accepted offer is bought through a personal link for one item. You decide which offers to accept, and you are responsible for your prices, automatic answers, taxes, delivery and for orders placed at an agreed price.

Shoppers' data

You are responsible for informing shoppers about how you use their data and for deleting an offer when a shopper asks. The app's privacy policy describes what it stores.

Emails

Emails to shoppers are sent through Wix and use your site's email balance. Delivery is not guaranteed. If an email can't be sent, the app shows you the link to send yourself.

Plans and payment

The app has a free plan and a paid plan. Plans, prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Wix under its terms, as shown when you upgrade.

Your content

Your data remains yours. You may use the app only for lawful purposes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time by removing it, which also removes its data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or a sale at a lower price, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
