Product Enquiry Buttons terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Product Enquiry Buttons app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

The app adds three buttons to your product pages, and you choose where each one appears. Make an offer lets shoppers offer a price, and you accept it, decline it or answer with another price, yourself or by automatic rules you set. An accepted offer is bought through a personal link, for one item at the agreed price and for a limited time. Ask a question lets shoppers send you a question about a product. Request a price hides the price and the buy buttons on the products you choose and lets shoppers ask for the price instead; the cart and checkout don't accept these products.

Your answers and prices

You decide which offers to accept and how to answer questions and requests. You are responsible for your prices, minimum prices, automatic answers, taxes and delivery, and for orders placed at an agreed price. Your automatic discounts may also apply at offer checkout. We do not promise that every theme, page layout or checkout setup is recognized; check your product pages and checkout after setup.

Shoppers' data

You are responsible for informing shoppers about how you use their data and for deleting an offer, question or request when a shopper asks. The app's privacy policy describes what it stores.

Emails

Emails to you and to shoppers are sent through Wix and use your site's email balance. Delivery is not guaranteed. If an email to a shopper can't be sent, the app shows you the payment link to send yourself.

Plans and price

The app has one paid plan with a free trial. Shoppers see the buttons, and products on request are hidden from purchase, only while your trial or plan is active; you can set up everything before that. Plans, prices, trials, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Wix under its terms, as shown when you upgrade.

Your content

Your data remains yours. You may use the app only for lawful purposes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will apply going forward. You can stop using the app at any time by removing it. The app is independent and is not made or endorsed by Wix.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or a sale at a lower price, arising from your use of the app or from your dealings with shoppers. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
