Staff Pay Calculator terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Staff Pay Calculator app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

The app estimates staff pay from your Wix Bookings data and the pay rules you set, and shows how each amount was calculated.

An estimate, not payroll

Results are estimates to help you. The app is not a payroll, tax or accounting service: it does not calculate taxes or deductions, send payments or give legal or financial advice. Results depend on your rules and on the data in Wix Bookings, such as prices, attendance and staff assignments. A booking without an order uses the service price, and a partial refund isn't deducted; the report marks these. A full refund removes commission only, unpaid bookings are counted, and amounts are added up without currency conversion. You are responsible for checking every amount before paying anyone, and for complying with employment and tax law.

Staff and clients' data

You are responsible for informing your staff about how you use their pay data, and for keeping any report you download safe. Anyone with access to the app in your dashboard can see pay rules and reports. The app's privacy policy describes what it uses and stores.

Plans and payment

The app has a free plan and a paid plan. Plans, prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Wix under its terms, as shown when you upgrade.

Your content

Your data remains yours. You may use the app only for lawful purposes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will apply going forward.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for overpayment, underpayment or claims arising from amounts you pay based on the app's estimates. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
