Wholesale Prices terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Wholesale Prices app ("the app") on your Wix site. By installing the app you accept them. Your use of Wix itself is covered by the terms of Wix.

The service

The app lets site members apply for wholesale pricing and lets you approve, decline or revoke them. Approved customers receive your discount in the cart through an automatic discount in your store. You decide who is approved, and you are responsible for your prices, discounts, taxes, delivery and for orders placed at a wholesale price.

Prices in your catalog stay retail. Wix updates a cart's discounts when the cart changes. So an item added before logging in gets the discount only after the cart changes, and a customer whose status you revoke can keep the discount on a cart they already have until that cart changes.

Customers' data

You are responsible for informing customers about how you use their data and for deleting their application when they ask. The app's privacy policy describes what it stores.

Emails

Emails about applications and decisions are sent through Wix and use your site's email balance. Delivery is not guaranteed. Applications always appear in the app's dashboard.

Plans and payment

The app has a free plan and a paid plan. Plans, prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Wix under its terms, as shown when you upgrade.

Your content

Your data remains yours. You may use the app only for lawful purposes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. If the app can't confirm a customer's status, no discount is applied. We may update the app and these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time by removing it, which also removes its data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or a sale at a lower price, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
